RENTAL OF SHILOH BARN INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: 


v      All Day use (8 a.m. – 12 midnight).  You may set up the day prior to the event if nothing is scheduled. (No half-day rentals available)

v      Shiloh Farm provides 300+ pounds of ice at no charge.  You may wish to bring coolers to ice drinks in advance of your event.

v      Weddings include the use of Chapel for rehearsal the day before the wedding. Separate arrangements can be made to rent barn facilities for rehearsal dinner. 

  

  


Barn Interior

Service Tables

v      One 16’ long buffet table with “grapevine” chandelier*

v      One 10’x3’ serving table (fixed location near buffet table)*

v      Two “antique-door-top” tables made from original chapel doors (deal set-up near barn entry as gift and/or display area for photos, guest book, programs, etc.)

   

 

Bars

v      One 10’x4’ built-in bar height counter near serving tables

v      One 8’x4’ stationary bar with storage and large refrigerated cooler behind bar.

v      One portable patio bar with 4 chairs (ideal set-up to be placed outside barn in a designated area for oyster bar, additional bar or smoking bar**


Entertainment Features

v      Large carpeted entertainment stage (16’x24’) with electrical set-up for a band, D.J., head table or award presentations.

v      Large wooden dance floor (24’x24’) by stage

v      Multi-color overhead stage and barn lighting including hundreds of white “twinkle lights” to set just the right mood

  

Seating

v      120 heavy-duty comfortable folding chairs

v      Seven (60-inch) round plastic top folding tables (seats 6-8)*

v      Seven (6’ long) plastic folding tables (seats 6-8)

v      Assorted seating throughout barn, including hay bales, patio sofas, white wicker rockers, chairs and love seats, outdoor swings.

v      New addition: 4 white wooden (36” round) tables & 16 matching chairs!

     

Special Features

Shiloh Office:

v      Air conditioned/heated Shiloh Office may be used for small group work space and meeting room, as well as an ideal place for bridal party or groomsmen to stay immediately before the ceremony.

“Cowgirls” Bathroom:

v      The Cowgirls bathroom (approx. 12’x24’) includes 3 private stalls, 2 sinks and is filled with antiques and atmosphere including an old claw-foot tub and crystal chandelier!

“Cowboys” Bathroom:

v      The Cowboys bathroom (approx 12’x12’) features an extraordinary urinal…(must see to appreciate!), one stall and sink, plus conversational décor.

Caterer’s Kitchen:

v      This kitchen space (12’x24’) features 2 sinks, side by side refrigerator/freezer, various counter areas, racks and storage, 4-burner stove and oven.  Please note this is not a commercially equipped kitchen.  It is privately used by owners, renters and catering or bar staff.

Open Grill/Smoker Area:

This area features:

v      Concrete pad and covered breezeway connect to kitchen and barn

v      Close and easy entry into barn food area and kitchen

v      Ample room for truck and large smokers/grills

v      Shaded work areas

Additional Amenities:

v      Stand-up freezer

v      Commercial refrigerator

v      Commercial ice maker (300 lb. Of ice)

v      Water faucet and hose
 

 

 

Barn Exterior

v      Exterior electrical sockets near barn entrance for additional lighting for tents or outdoor activities.

v      Security lighting in parking fields and around barn areas.
