Rental Guidelines
Farm

  • Rental includes ALL-DAY use of barn and/or chapel (8am-midnight). You may set-up the day before if nothing is scheduled. (No ½ day rentals on barn or chapel.)

  • Shiloh Farm will hold your date for two weeks.  If your deposit and lease agreement are not received within that period, we will need to make the date available for other clients.
     

  • Bands or DJs must stop by 11:00pm due to county regulations regarding noise control in residential areas. PREMISES MUST BE CLEANED AND VACATED BY MIDNIGHT!!
     

  • Price includes an attendant from Shiloh one hour prior to event and up to seven hours after event begins.  Each additional hour is $50 per hour until the premises are cleaned and vacated.
     

  • Weddings include use of chapel for rehearsal. (Time must be arranged in advance as there may be an event the evening prior to wedding.)
     

  • Bartenders and Caterers are responsible for the removal of any garbage that they generate during the course of the event.
     

  • Caterers need to be informed of their responsibility to clean the kitchen area at the conclusion of the event using their own cleaning products (dish detergent, scrubbers, dish towels, cleaning solution, etc.)
     

  • Caterer is to supply all necessary cooking and serving utensils.
     

  • Prior to your event, a Shiloh representative MUST approved all items requiring electrical service.
     

  • Prior to your event, please work with your vendors for set-up and delivery times when you will have your representative at Shiloh to direct or assist them.  If you need assistance from Shiloh employees to set-up chairs, tables, decorations, etc. prior to your event, contact us for prices and scheduling.

 

Supplies Checklist

  • Bring a box of 49-55 gallon heavy duty trash bags (10 large trash cans provided).
        *Note: 39 gallon size bags do not fit cans!
     

  • Bring paper towels for 2 kitchen sinks, 3 bathroom sinks, and various clean-up.
     

  • Bring large Ziploc bags, aluminum foil, paper plates, or Tupperware for leftover food, wedding cake, etc.

 

Suggested Decorating Supplies

  • Bring hammer, nails, tacks, scissors, scotch tape, and duct tape as needed.
     

  • Bring staple gun/staples, hot glue gun/glue as needed.
     

  • Bring tea lights for table decorations, if used.
     

  • Bring citronella and tiki torches, if needed.
     

  • Bring several cans of bug repellant such as OFF or Deep Woods.
     

  • Bring long lighters for candles.
     

  • Provide beverages for your set-up crew - don’t forget coolers to chill drinks.
     

  • Bring ladder, if needed.
