This story-book cottage features a charming tearoom w/ seating for 50 guests which connects through French doors to the quaint old world parlor with fireplace and lovely antique furnishings. Through another French door you find yourself on the outdoor patio ideal for additional guests or as a perfect spot to enjoy the stars and fresh air..... 2 kitchens for caterers... .plus overnight accommodations w/  one upstairs bedroom/bath and one downstairs bedroom and bath.

Reception/Party Rates:
(All rentals include tables with linens.  Guest is responsible for making sure all furniture is returned to its original location.  Caterers are responsible for clean-up and garbage removal.......no dumpster available)

Please note: Shiloh Farm will hold your date for two weeks.  If your deposit and lease agreement are not received within that period, we will need to make the date available for other clients.

Wedding Weekend Packages:

THE ROSE------ WEDDING WEEKEND PACKAGE------- $1,850 plus tax

                          Rose Cottage Wedding and a Tea Room Reception…

  • Includes weekend stay and use of entire Rose Cottage:  parlor w/ balcony, fireplace and heirloom antique furniture, tearoom with seating for 50 guests, wraparound deck w/ additional seating, two kitchens, two antique filled bedrooms, two baths, lovely front yard w/ old oaks, ivy and white picket fence.
  • Guests are responsible for clean-up.  Shiloh provides large trash cans.
  • Additional linen charges may apply.                                                    
  • Arrangements to made w/ Susanne  ( 850-766-5902)
  • No discounts apply for omitting any part of package pricing (such as overnight stay or tearoom use in package plan.).
